Which number is this shipset in the selection? They are ordered alphabetically, so you will be able to find out what shipset it is by finding their position in the list and then looking at your shipsets directory.

I concur with Fyron on this one, we should definitively not take 5,000 racial points. It would make things much easier, but where is the challenge in designing your race then? And yes, that's definitively much harder than making an Empire in the vanilla game.
