I remember reading an article that went through all the racial characteristics for race design. It discussed max/min-ing them etc. and gave good advice on spending racial points. Anyone know where I can find that link? I don't think it was a thread here on this forum, but I could be wrong. My feeble attempt at searching did not find what I was looking for. Thanks.
