What political problems ? I've got very good relations with my powerful allies and crush my weakest neighbours, nothing strange about that...

Nether met your race Alarikf... You are hiding in a corner of the galaxy ?

Well..."concerned" was not the right word to use. Let me say instead...contemplative...

From a political point of view, I have come to suspect that this game displays a textbook case of balance of power. Form MY vantage point, there was a large power bloc in the beginning of the game that pulled ahead in terms of resources, tech, etc...Then, as time went on, I suspect that the other powers realized this and got together to form one or more counter-power-blocs. Which is very satisfying for those of us who are students of international relations to observe.

However, from a gameplay point of view, I have come to the opinion that this is why people restrict tech trades and, in some cases, limit "partnerships" to two powers only.

It's all very fascinating to me.

And, I fear what the future will bring in the game...beign a race of extremely peaceful and cooperative types that is...

thanks,

Alarik

Alarik, is the game on autoturn ?

I think we don't have to wait for players who are unable to play their turn in 52 hours anymore.
Let's speed things up.
