Re: OT: Like Master of Magic?
Interesting. However, I'm still quite happy and engrossed with Dominions II.

That is what Master of Magic was, though quite different in approach.

Re: OT: Like Master of Magic?
the barbarians are tough. i just got wiped out by them. only got 1 city established. anyone know how to tone them down? i'm going to play again.
well, the barbarians just wiped out my beutiful city again. i guess maybe beginning strategy is build 4 pikemen, then build up city. i'm going to check the website for strategy tips.

Re: OT: Like Master of Magic?
I played a quickstart game, and took my opponents cities over in a few turns. I did play a longer game earlier today, and I really enjoyed some of the features. It's nice that the terrain changes in winter...nasty!

Re: OT: Like Master of Magic?
nope. in my current game, i'm surviving, though. i've got a city, a monastory and two heroes.
so, what do you suggest for enchantments?
