Favorite Star Trek episode

I'm scratching my head. The only zoo episode that I can recall was The Cage, later renamed The Menagerie, and that involved Christopher Pike, played by Jeffery Hunter. I can't recall any other episode involving a zoo reference with Kirk, unless it was the episode where they needed Kirk's blood so the girl he was with could get something from his blood so that her world could do something with curtailing the population. Can't remember the name of that episode.
