Its your game... If you want to take away the right of decision then just place a vote to the people in the game. 0 , 2000, 3000 , 5000
Then take the totals... and see what people are thinking.
Apply the right of decision again and base the point total on the high point of the points or go with 2000 and tick everyone off ....
Then do as geo states start the game with 5000 points and create your race....
