Odds are not, Devnullicus hasnt been arround in years, and I dont think the current maintainers (Rollo and maybe Geo) are making those kinds of sweeping changed.

Anyway, Kwok is just confused. They dont upgrade in the stock game, but they do with Devnullmod:

-BUGFIX: Made Temporal Shipyards the Same Facility Family as Regular Shipyards and gave them higher roman numerals
so now space yards upgrade correctly when you research temporal shipyards.


Checking on your complaint, there is in fact a type in the file. While TSY 1-3 are supposed to repair 10, 12, and 15 components respectively, they each only repair 5. I dont know if Rollo is collecting a bug list for the mod, but someone should probably send this one to him. I am supprised no temporal players have complained by now! its not THAT sucky of a racial trait, that no one uses it! I kinda like those TDBs.
