I realize that withouth the right racial traits he won�t be able to get the talisman... And even if he has religious and analizes the talisman he�ll only get 1 more lavel to his Religious tech (the next of whatever he will have ATT) Thanks for answering #1, #3 and #4.

What About Question #2?
