You can ussually find a list of mirrors at the bottom of any download site..mine's at http://members.cox.net/se4imagemod/ though it may be a bit out of date, it does have a mirror list.

You play Invasion! the same way you play any other mod what do you need documentation for you seem to have figured out FQM alright check the readme and the Invasion! thread for any details
