I don't understand what you are asking. What do you mean down again? You have the new IP address so you obviously read the other thread. Nothing has changed since then. seiv.pbw.cc is still unreachable because the DNS has still not been changed. But you can still get to it direct at that IP address. I stickeyed the other thread. It's up at the top of the page.
