Re: OT - Favorite Music?
From what I'm listening to mostly these days, I think it's a toss up between Raffi and the Wiggles.

Fyron, in your personal opinion they are not very good. The tone of your post would indicate that you have the Last say in whether they are good or not. A simple "IMO" before stating that none of those bands are good would've done a world of good. That is not true. The very nature of this medium of communication is the voicing of opinion, unless it is clear that what you say is a factual statement, such as the sun is shining right now over my head.

I know you didn't mean for it to come off that way Fyron, it just did. The wording you chose in your post is what made it seem that way. I recognize the fact that this medium of communication is for voicing ones opinion; but the wording of ones post must still be chosen wisely to convey the thought of your opinion.
The following line sounds much more like an opinion then did your post: "I feel that other then Nickleback..."
in contrast
"Other than Nickleback, none of those bands are very good Reneade."
Notice any difference in tone and possibly meaning? I'm sure the Renegade knew that you just posted an opinion, just as I did, but it could still be missunderstood by some.

Re: OT - Favorite Music?
IMO Fyron your wrong... Nickleback is not good either
Just joking. Actually they are not my cup of tea.
But.
Nickleback is good at a party. As everyone knows the lyrics to their bigger songs... So people sing along and have a good time.

In my case, it's Lilo & Stitch and the Wiggles. Actually, outside of John Williams' soundtracks, I'm into classic rock. Bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, the Eagles, etc. Sometimes I think I'm a displaced hippie with my musical tasts, but I wasn't born until 1962. Besides, I don't think I could do the drug thing. Sure, the sex and the rock and roll, but I'd have to say no to the drugs. I missed the free love era by about 5 or 10 years. Arghh!
