Well you can't go far wrong with anything by The Prodigy (anything from their first three albums anyway). They've already been used in the Matrix, Event Horizon, Wipeout and loads of other cool films/ games.
Some of their bestest and fastest tracks include:
Wind it up
Hyperspeed
Out of Space
Voodoo people
Their Law
No good (start the dance)
Funky ****
Firestarter
If you can find wierd 3rd-party mixes and cut-ups of these tracks, then all the better.
The Chemical Brothers would also be a good choice, they have a solid track record when it comes to this kind of thing- More of the same, really, but slightly less punky than the Prodigy's later stuff, and slightly deeper than their early.
For something a little more funky, bouncy and eclectic (but still hard and fast) check out the Asian Dub Foundation (
http://www.asiandubfoundation.com/adf_home_fs.htm ) Might be a but lyric-heavy for your purposes though, depending entirely on how nefarious your purposes are.
Finally, you might want to look up some Drum & Bass music. I'm no expert but there is some mad fast stuff in that genre (D&B is usually measured in hundreds of beats per minute) that would go exceptionally well with any fast action.
Oh, and here's an interesting one: One of the members of
this band is (or was) a regular here at the forums. Can't remember who it was though- sorry, whoever you are. Anyway, the mp3s I downloaded are hard and heavy, and might suit your purposes.
