Personality Group

Personality numbers are related with the ones found in settings.txt file:
Random Player Personality Groups := 4
Random Player Personality Group 1 Percent := 30
Random Player Personality Group 2 Percent := 30
Random Player Personality Group 3 Percent := 30
Random Player Personality Group 4 Percent := 10

This affects the chances the empire will be randomly added in the game. As you can see, you can add new personality Groups and change their chances to be added (I believe the sum of chances for all Groups should be 100).
