Colony Ship Capture impossible!

I don't have shield depl/disr tech yet....and I'm using the 1.30 patch....

I used the mov strategies you proposed and as long as my Boardship has no weapons, all is well!(with only one depl uranium cannon on my Boardship,the col ship will not be boarded )

Could it be a problem with targeting priorities? I realize that's reaching, but then again, it's kinda strange that the problem only occurs with colony ships.

i have tried different target priorities...to no avail

only the use of no weapons and the mov strategies as supposed by tampa_garner show positive results....
strange indeed...

See why I use the Tac I can IF I want to get all the Col ships (have too)
