MODDING Help Needed

Fyron gave me an example, if the abilities value is 1000 then a ship would have to be 1000kt to have this ability added. This does not make sense to me as the AI adds these abilities to much smaller ships.

You forgot the other half of that paragraph, which stated that the AI will always add at least one component with each ability called for (that does not have a spaces per one of 0) if it is able to.
