I certainly hope that it works as well for you as it does for us, Geo. 
One day I was doing some upgrades and we were without it for 2 days and one user got an average of 300 spam emails per day for those 2 days. When we got IHS up and running again that dropped down to roughly 10-20 a day. I think it is even less now though.
