Just make sure every actor cast alongside her is even shorter. And that the sets are built to 90% scale =-)

well, they did a good job with that with lotr, but they only had a few really short characters played by short people. i think it might be impracticle to do the reverse.

Actually, John Rhys-Davies (aka Gimli the Dwarf) is over 6' tall. None of the actors who played hobbits are below "normal" size either.
