Help required Re: Warp Points
Is the number of Warp Points per system (10) changeable in the data files?
And if so, exactly where is it?
Thanks.

Re: Help required Re: Warp Points
You are wanting to change it to allow more then ten warp points to be opened in a system during the game? This is hardcoded, cannot be changed.
I think you can make a map in the editor that has more then ten points per system, but it is quite tedius to do.

Re: Help required Re: Warp Points
More than 10? Dear god no!!
I wanted to set it at 4, to prevent the runaway endgame AI's from turning every system into a 10 warp point hub.
(Building the facility to prevent WP opening is usually too little too late.)
But if it's hard coded, theres nothing I can do. Thanks for the help.

One other solution: Just kill the AI before he can make jump points.

For a short time I thought you were talking about Killing the AIs

Re: Help required Re: Warp Points
Is it possible to use the map editor to get more than 255 systems?

No. Even if the editor allows you to, I think SE IV would choke when you tried to load the map.
