I can doll up the second one a bit more.

The Varients are actual ships that I have seen that were slightly differant than the once I was modeling after. I may doll up the Varients a bit more to distingish them a bit more, but right now I want to concentrate on just getting the set roughed out.

I think they look fine, too; I just have trouble distinguishing between the top 2 carriers, and between the bottom two ships of the group of three below carriers, whatever they are. They all look great, but in the overhead view those ones are hard to differentiate.
