TDM 3.40 observations

I'm writing this at work, so tonight I'll take the
game to turn 75 save and mail it to you.

I haven't looked since 60 so the AI's may have
started building bigger ships.

I saw from the readme file that you did the AI
file for the Rage. I'm playing with your AI's
but with statrek ships. I think I gave the rage
to the borg.

I remember playing with the rage in earlier TDM
Versions and it was pretty good. I tinker a bit
with some files but not to the level that you
have. Thanks for putting in all that hard work.
