Re: To all my PBW games: notice of leave and looking for replacements
I am still looking for a replacement in NGC4. Why this game? Merely because this Empire is in such a bad situation that leaving it alone for three turns is a death sentence (in fact, I will leave the AI in charge of the Empire, as it is badly needed.)
Why is it so bad? Basically, you have about thirty planets, share most of your systems with two other Empires, are at war with one of them (and I just received another war declaration this turn ; not sure if it is an AI glitch or an actual war), have a military not worth mentioning, do not have a great Empire setup, and to finish with, you have the pleasure of having the Dreaded Neutral happiness type.
The only saving grace is your allies, which mean you can (and will in fact) survive, as long as this Empire is ruled. The Neutral happiness type unfortunately means you will either have to wait for all your worlds to riot, or use the rather gamey trick of making Non-Interference agreements, then breaking them, and starting again. I went for the second option when all my worlds save three rioted. (I'm sorry, but the message "Population of system XXX is growing unhappy because of our recent battle *victories*, sire" bothers me a lot. If you cannot even win battles without rioting, what are you going to do?)
So, this Empire is looking for a competent ruler, skillful in the ways of diplomacy and survival. It won't take long to play, as you just won't have much to play with, so feel free to answer if you believe you would be interested by such an Empire. Thanks in advance!

Alneyan,
I'll give this a go. Can't promise any miracles, but if you e-mail me the details and a briefing on the diplomatic situation, I'll do my best.

Thanks a lot Mark! Miracles aren't expected, and your only mission is to survive until assistance can reach you. I will be emailing you the details in the afternoon, along with the password for the game.

Re: To all my PBW games: notice of leave and looking for replacements
And here we are again, one month after my first leave. Both home computers went down for the past 36 hours, and so I failed to upload any turn in the meantime.
The situation has been somewhat resolved, but there will likely be more downtime later on. So, my apologises to whoever is waiting for me to do my turns; I will be doing my best to catch up.

Re: To all my PBW games: notice of leave and looking for replacements
And here we are again. I am currently not on my computer, which collapsed while I wasn't watching for Murphy. So, I will be away for several days while trying to fix up the computers home.
Since I am not going to be back too soon, feel free to kick me out of some of my games if you can find a replacement. More specifically:
- Pairs: I guess you will take over Primitive? Third time in three months it happens. Grr.
- Fantasy Empires: Spoon, you should surrender my Empire to the undead; I suffered a lot, so there isn't really a need to delay the game for me. At least, do not wait for me and run the turns.
- NGC4: A replacement would probably be better here, since my Empire is fairly powerful (I took over three turns ago).
- All the others are left to the discretion of the game owner.
My apologises for the inconveniences. *Grumbles a lot* I'm off to resolve my problems with a volley of a thousand Ripper Beams (planetary core mounted).
Edit: since PBW is down, I cannot update the passwords that are wrong on PBW (I should have done so before indeed). So, if you take over NGC4, ask Renegade my password (it is the one that didn't work for NGC5 I sent you in private), and if you take over Adamant 014, ask Fyron to reset the password (I don't recall what it is myself).

I'll do your "pairs" turns, no problems there.
Good luck on getting back up

Re: To all my PBW games: notice of leave and looki
If you happen to be in a game with me, please note our service is currently suffering downfall and can not be expected to be always reliable until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this temporary problem, and thank you for your kind patience.
In other words, my connection is all but reliable, and is fairly slow when it works. So you should expect some delays in me playing my turns, or even a lack of said turns if Murphy makes another strike.
