What happens if a player wins a beta slot and they do not have the time to devote to it and everything?

I hope they can give it to someone else, since that's what I'd probably end up doing in the extremely unlikely event I actually won a beta slot...

Yeah, same here. As great of an honor as it would be I do not have the time I'd need to dedicate to the project. I did when Starfury came out but not anymore.

I'm sure that you could work out an exchange with one of the people that wins a free copy of the game. That way they get to beta (and eventually get their free copy) and you would be assured to get a copy even if you don't have the time to be on the beta.
Just a thought. Any of you think this sounds reasonable?

Sounds reasonable to me. By the way, if a beta test is won, what exactly does it entail in terms of time committed and the duties expected of a beta tester??
