I think it has to do with snowplows and that they'd be ripped up by them during the winter.

Keep in mind the only places I've seen the reflector bumps are in states without snow (for the most part), so I'd expect some of the same for places in BC that are fairly wet and not cold during winter.

well Geo is back and is hard at work remodeling his home  So we need a new party place... hmmmm according to the Fyron is gone thread, Fyron has left/gone/departed or soon will be for parts unknown.... DID SOMEONE SAY PARTY HAS BEEN MOVED TO HIS HOUSE ?????
