You can upload images to the Image Gallery on SpaceEmpires.net. Or did you mean more of a shipset preview page? That could be arranged...

The site also hosts hundreds of shipsets in downloadable format. When ready, email it to admin_spaceempires_net (insert @ and . in place of _) and I will post it in the database.

You might check with your ISP - many include some amount of web space as a package deal when they sell you the net connection.
