Like I said I will post the league name once I get a good one. I sort of like the Football Empires suggestion.

The league has been created. I thought I'd do it today before I forgot about it.

Here is the information you will need.

League ID#: 141755
League Name: I.E.O.G.A
Password: shrapnel

I could not fit the entire name (30 char. limit) in so I just put the acronym. We will know what it stands for.

I set the draft date to Wednesday August 25th at 1:30 PM est. But this can be changed and probably will be changed to what fits everyones needs.
The positions are as follows: QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, WR/RB, K, DEF, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

Again, that can be changed as well so please offer suggestions.

Good Lord, I made a suggestion that people actually agreed to? I must either be slipping into schizophrenia, or perhaps hell has really frozen over. Quickly checks nether regions of the abyss. OK, not frozen, so I must be insane. Good luck to everyone for the upcoming season.

I want to particpate. My Kansas Trailblazers are ready to dominate the league...

However, may I suggest that we have a more simple scoring system this year. Last year there were too many ways to have points deducted that made it more difficult to evaluate which players to use each week. Sometimes the studs were duds due to a fumble or interception.

I have some suggestions for scoring if you want me to post them...

Post away, I am open to suggestions. Last year was first time I had ever done this so it was all new to me.

I pretty much kept the default scoring system that yahoo fills out but I have no problem changing the settings.
