Re: Shipset Idea
There are three sets from Star Blazers in the mod section, they are quite good. The Gamilons have givin me a run for my money a few times If you can't find them I could upload them for you, or 'Lion of High Park' (or something like that) probally could, as he is the author (his space 1999 shipset ROCKS!).

Re: Shipset Idea
Oh yeah, and for naval ships try: battleship.org./html/Photos/Gallery.htm
or warships1.com/US_cruisers.htm
the images may not be 3d modelled but I'm sure they could be used for something, like most of the trek ships are taken from movie pics etc.
hope this helps....

Re: Shipset Idea
Thanks muchly, Deathstalker. Right now my Moon Base Alpha forces are in a full out war with the White Comet Empire. Fleets of missile armed Eagles battling it out with Cometine ships. Nifty.
Atrocities, the three Star Blazers shipsets should still be under the mods directory, but may be back a page or so after the more recent postings. (And yes, the Earth Defense Force ships look just like flying naval warships.)
Cheers

Re: Shipset Idea
Nice Space 1999 ships. I remember a Walkie Talkie toy I had growing up that looked like the communicators they used on the show.
I'm pretty pumped. My local video rental store has a couple of the Star Blazers video tapes available for rental. Thank you for the Star Blazer shipset.
