A strange effect?

Are you sure you did'nt just get the "fast resolution" turned on under options?

Considering that I've seen both fast and slow animations during the same gaming session (i.e., slow animation during current turn, and then fast animation in the next turn), I don't think it has anything to do with turning an option on or off.

And this is a single-player game, so it wasn't affected by something weird in multiplayer.

Hi sapperland,

were you refering to my post ?
If so, it doesn´t matter which options I have
set within the game. As soon as I stop my player ships move with normal speed.
