Supposedly mid-December, which would be now to next week. On another note, it IS playable, it's just too easy. If you're smashing the AI into the ground, try playing with High difficulty and a low/medium bonus. If you're already doing that, play on small maps with no neutrals. If you're already doing THAT too, well...take a break and get some fresh air.
