sorry for this post but i don't think my messeges are getting through to tech support.....been trying for 2 days....

anxious to get my download....are they closed due to the storm?

I will check and see what the problem is, but no, customer service hasn't been closed. They are really good about these things, make sure you gave them the correct e-mail address. What is your order number?
