Poll/Vote for Civil War feature

I'd give it a 2.

I feel there are a large number of other features I'd like to see implemented first.

If it is optional then I vote 10. If not, I don't know maybe 5.
I'd like to try it but not necessarily all the time.

I'm not against the idea, and in fact I think that's good.
But, I would like to see other things implemented/fixed, first. Then, my vote is 3.
