Big List of Mods & Stuff - ok, fine comments too.

Well, I've been tinkering with the files some to create a mod in which you play the heir to a small criminal syndicate. Some of the things that are different: Many spacedocks & ship dealers require bribes, stores have been changed some, starting homesystem is different, crew killing weapons are illegal cargo, and some other stuff too. I wanted to upload it, but I don't know how
I've never tried uploading a mod before, and I can't seem to find how to do it anywhere. Any help is appreciated
