You sure you didn't have something that gave resistance to shield and armor piercing? Like the pre-patch Scattering Armor?

Scattering Armor still gives resistance to shield piercing, and that seems to work against 'armor and shield piercing' weapons like Null Space. I pointed this out to MM several times, as have some others. Apparently he wants it to work that way.

Going by the patch, he does..

9.  Fixed   - Shield & Armor Piercing Damage was having both Shield Piercing and

              Armor Piercing Resistance applied to it. Now, which ever resistance

              is higher will alone be applied to the Shield & Armor Piercing Damage.

Nope. I was using Phased shields with Emissive armour.
