Stuck

I am in the middle of the abbidion campain. I was sent to the knoglam system and destroy a fazrah base and then return to karnak IV. I have destoryed the base but it acts as if the mission is still active when i go to karnak. What do i do now

Did you get a message saying so many credits have been deposited to your account after you destroyed the base?If so are you returning to the correct base and did you go to your contact.Also hit the v key to check your status.Thats all I can think of.

I didnt get the message. but i destroyed the only base in the area. And all the cargo is gone.
