Effects +Crew and + Crew Maximum

Thanks Ed Kolis for answering my question about the Amoutn and Maximum thing. As for the first question, I forgot to restart the game. Heh, it's one of those changes that you need to restart the game to hva ethe effect change. I found out that you don't need to restart the game when you make changes to Main-Stores.txt. Just need to reload to have the change go into efect.

Acutally I don't think you need to restart the game- its just the components on your ship aren't updated while the ones in the stores -are-.
