OT - Rating system is totally messed up

I miss 2 options : Last poster, and goes to Last post (on the main panel)

Hopefully, Richard will pop in and give some details (cuz I'd like to know too

) but he mentioned in a thread in the Shrapnel General section that they're getting the latest Version of UBB up and running within a few weeks and that it has some excellent new features. Maybe it'll add some improved navigation options and fix the rating system. (crossing fingers)

That is why I turned off mine.

This is funny, I have a vbulletin license which is far the best message board. Perhaps I should set up a new board for Illwinter for free?

Seriously all of the major Boards have plusses and minuses (UBB, phpBB, vBulletin, invision, etc). As far as it not working my guess is your friend has his Ratings turned off, but that might not be the case. Ratings should work fine, but drop me a line with the specific person and I can look into it.

Actually go to Last post is, I believe, something included in the new Version of UBB I need to deploy. I have to look.

BTW I just rated DominionsFAN (the first person mind you) and within a minute his rating of 5 was there. You may also want to clear your cash or force a new copy of the page to display.

Works fine for me.

Hey Richard, I rated DominionsFAN for 1 star, just to test, no offense. Hes got 5 stars still in his profile.
