Because I'm rather sure myself that I read a dev in the newsgroup saying that this value was no longuer user in doms. Or perhaps he meant 'was not used any longuer for external supply calculations'

I don't remember a dev saying that, anyway (1) the "supply" value is still used in Dom I to provide supplies to besieged garrisons, and (2) as far as I can remember the "admin" value was always used to provide supplies to campaigning armies.
