Default Re: Another race AI problem

Here are the problems and what I did to fix them. They are in the Misc Ability entries in the Design creation files for the non-neutral races:

'Combat To Hit Dec'. Changed to 'Combat To Hit Defense Plus'

'Combat To Hit Add'. Changed to 'Combat To Hit Offense Plus'

Unknow name 'Combat Sensors'. Deleted combat sensors entry and adjusted the number of abilities entry.

'Phased-Shield Generation'. Removed the dash after Phased.

The other errors I got were about the fleet settings, such as Optimal Weapons range must be Optimal firing range, and Maximum Firing Range must be Maximum Weapons Range.
There was also a problem with a race useing Column as their default fleet strategy when column did not exist.
