Well I dunno about the boarding ship, but the Fleets.txt fo the Toron has an error of using "optimal weapons range" instead of "optimal firing range".

I am dittoing what Trachmyr found. Only fault that is obvious for the Torons, without some testing, is the Fleet file has Optimal Weapons Range instead of Optimal Firing Range...
as for the boarding fault...the file statements seemed ok, so I guess one of us'll have to do a game with them in it

I have already started a game with Torons and the only file reported was the one in fleets.txt file. No mention about boarding ship design.

Here are the problems and what I did to fix them. They are in the Misc Ability entries in the Design creation files for the non-neutral races:
'Combat To Hit Dec'. Changed to 'Combat To Hit Defense Plus'
'Combat To Hit Add'. Changed to 'Combat To Hit Offense Plus'
Unknow name 'Combat Sensors'. Deleted combat sensors entry and adjusted the number of abilities entry.
'Phased-Shield Generation'. Removed the dash after Phased.
The other errors I got were about the fleet settings, such as Optimal Weapons range must be Optimal firing range, and Maximum Firing Range must be Maximum Weapons Range.
There was also a problem with a race useing Column as their default fleet strategy when column did not exist.

Except of the "fleet text bug" I encountered none of these bugs in my races.
