Doing Research

How does one start research??
sorry... I'm new to the game and demo doesn't explain this.

I see the location where to begin... yet research has everything listed at Zero. What needs to be done to get research started?

Give a mage (or the god if you have no mages) the order research. Orders are given by clicking on the order below the commander (it says defend at the beginning of the game). When you have given one or several mages the research order you can enter the lab and set research to one or several schools.

Wow i think 99% of the people missed that.
Its almost impossible to figger that out.

Why didn't they put that option in the "magic" tab?

Well anyways thanks for the info, thank god for forums and help files... ow wait no help file provided with the demo.

They realy should give better info for us noobs.
