About Corrupt Commander;

It is only usable by Belial (Demon Lord) it works exactly like Seduce Commander. I imagine it has a better chance; though it hasn't in my experience. If successful; Belial and the Corrupted Commander will return to the Capital, if he fails, he will engage in an assassination attempt.
