Re: To Illwinter
I have been thankfull to IW since the relase of first Dominions, and Dominions II seems to be a great sequel for Dom I. Keep up the good work(and patches )!

Re: To Illwinter
Not just a great game, but a wonderfully complex and well-written game with its own history and cultures to explore. More options and cool stuff to see than any other game I've ever played.
The best.
Thanks.

Re: To Illwinter
I agree. I loved Dominions 1, and have been eagerly awaiting Dominions 2. I've spent the Last week playing the demo and putting pressure on my friends to order Dominions 2.

Re: To Illwinter
Yes, despite all my complaints I see dom2 has much potential if IW will polish it up a bit, which I am confident they will since they supported dom1 so well.

Re: To Illwinter
I know Illwinter is aware that I love their game. Ive put more personal time and resources into this game than I have my own MUD game since I found Dominions. Ive also bought more copies of it than any other game Ive ever owned (buying mutliple copies is common at my house) and sales-pitched quite abit more purchases.

Re: To Illwinter
When I first tried the demo I was perplexed and unimpressed. The units were too small for my old eyes, the music was weird, and the gameplay was unintuitive. But I kept at it, and gradually it began to make sense. The music seems haunting now, and the hours fly by as I puzzle out each move. The units are still too small for my diminishing vision, but I offer the highest accolade I can: I purchased the game, one of very few I bought this year. Kudos, Illwinter!

Re: To Illwinter
I have threatened my close friends (those who game) with personal bodily harm if they don't purchase a copy and allow my pangean minions to carve up their empires one by one.
I love the idea of a game with too much going on to see it all. This creates immersion for me; the ability to be surprised by a game I have played hundreds of time.
Kudos to Illwinter and Shrapnel and a special thanks to those of you who are helping with questions and being good ambassadors for this community.
