Is there some new, hidden progress site that requires hacking level 4 to find?

The old dom2progress page is not used any longer, it was a stuff left till the game is completed list. Hmmm... maybe we should remove it too, but updating web pages has never been one of Illwinter's strong points.

The new one requires hacking level 7 to find, because it isn't even located in the illwinter province.

Hmmm.. I only have Hacking level 4 (I only use the demo) but I'm not in the Illwiter province so maybe I have a shot at finding it. *grin*
