The names are a nice starting point but they are useless without the details (Costs for units and requirements for Items in my case).

I think I have almost everything I need for the sites now I just have to put a cost on everything.

The costs / stats are linked to the names in some way. The Devs have to have access to this. If I can get it in any readable form I can use it (Relational Database creation and restructuring is my day job).

Well the names would be most of the typing for creating such a list. From there I could create a map which assigns all of them visibly to provinces. If a database is setup corrctly (such as along the lines of the XLS from Dom1?) then all you have to do is fill the numbers in the fields.

I did alot of DB conVersions in the military but I suspect that the data in the game is not easily extractable. A smattering of code would need to be written that would extract the data and write it to an external file. Same amount of trouble either way.
