Yep 500 provinces and 20 neighbors each. With the mandatory terrain commands thats alot of lines. I hope there isnt an upper limit on .map file size since I was up to adding a dozen lines for each province with my scripts.
Also apparently something like only 27 maps can be listed for selection.
