Racial XP evidence?

Hey, all. Still trying to figure out what, if any, bonuses racial experience points give you. Searches of this forum seem to indicate the jury's still out on the effects in recent game Versions. Has anyone out there done an analysis?

Bump. I want to know too. My current race is 185804 from saving empire at the end of the Last two games. I did not want the AI to know my experience till I had the 255 system quadrant conquest down pat. My current game see "TDM-Modpack politics in really big game" should add 700000 to that if not more. Can some of you post your points as an example ? I know building a colony ship gets you 20 and planting gets you 100. Other ships give points too. Does combat and building facilities or other things add as well ?

As far as I know racial XP points are merely an indication on how much you've played with a particular race...
if anyone wants to correct me on this tho feel free

I heard from Malfador a couple months ago that the higher experence levels give minor game bonuses. He didn't say at what level it begins, and he may have taken it out in a more recent Version. But as of then there was some reward for playing with the same race.
