It's easier that way... much like it's easier to fix a car engine while it is not running, or re-roof a house when it's not raining.

like noticing that is safer to open the door just before entering the house ... are usually the kind of ansewr that womans (wives in particoular) are used to give to some 'brillant' question ...

I don't know all the details, but I know the Boards have been moved recently from one server to another and they've also been upgraded to a much newer Version of UBB. I think fixing the kinks involved with those two procedures is what has caused the downtime.

We are attempting to move to another peice of board software to help with complaints about this Version and to again have download capability. The upgrade has been put on hold, though, for the indefinite future.
