Ok, how he died? Retrace the battle step by step (the 0 key on your keyboard, oops thats was in dom 1).
Did he died of fatigue, from a chancy wound? What was his prot, his def? Did he failed a MR roll?

SC works very well, but sometime you can get out of luck. A friend of mine lost his Prince of Death from a single star fire which reduced his remaining 59 HP to 0 in a single hit. Talk about bad luck. I wont even compute the probabilities of having such roll.
