I need help

Hi, I receieved this game from my dad and the cd key it tells me to enter is not working. I've tried contacting the company's support line and have left 3 emails requesting help. If some one could leave me email or post a suggestion on what I can do please let me know.

The CD-key is stored in a text file in the game directory. If you put it in wrong the first time it might not let you try again. Try deleting the file called "key" and try again.

If you are sure it wont work try an email to info@illwinter.com and tell them the CD key you are using. Let them check it.

Thanks I'll try both of those options right now - I was emailing Shrapnel Games and that might be why I didn't get a response. Hopefully, deleting the txt file and re-entering the key will work.
