Why not just join #dominions in IRCnet? It's established and got bots. Okay, I admit it's mostly populated by finns but we speak english whenever there's even one foreigner around. Also, some of us stay up quite late so you might be able to recruit some finnish pbem vets for your games.

A nightly game is on the docket for starting. For anyone who has 2~4 hours. It's a VP game, have 2 Players need at least 1 more.
