New Game Server

You can put down the other server now, I've beaten everyone exept the computer, and thats just a matter of playing the game. but as it in effect would be a single player game from now on, im not going to bother

Also, perhaps we should restart without the dropouts? they can be a pretty disruptive force in the game, and we're still in the beginning.
